I’m extremely disappointed with my order from US Beauty Bazaar. I specifically ordered Caro-Light cream because the product shown on their website was labeled “Natural Organic Treatment.” I purchased six creams for about $50 based on that description and the picture advertised on their website.
However, what I received was not the same product shown online. The cream I received is labeled differently and does not say “Natural Organic Treatment” like the product pictured on their website. I even have an older package for comparison, and the difference is very clear.
If the formula or packaging has changed and the product being sold is no longer the version advertised, the website should be updated to accurately show customers what they are purchasing. Customers should not place an order based on one product description and picture and then receive something different.
I have screenshots of the website listing as well as pictures of the products I received. I ordered this specifically because I was looking for the version advertised as an organic treatment, and I would not have purchased six of them had I known I would receive a different version.
I am requesting either a full refund for my order or that the company send me the exact “Natural Organic Treatment” version that was advertised when I placed my order.
I hope the company resolves this issue and corrects the product listing so other customers know exactly what they are purchasing.
Im pleasantly surprised. I needed a lightning cream that was more active and I know this is the place to go when u need strong bleaching creams, i had a terrible incident.And i've been left with some really nasty scars on my face , and I know that this cream is just as strong if not stronger than what I been using. I only use this as a melanin inhibitor/scar removal and it does just that, but I'm very happy that I received the package especially because it was such a small order, I was kind of nervous that it was going to take a long time, but the shipping was really impressive. I actually got my order MUCH earlier than expected I'm very happy.
Got wrong order. Tried countless time to contact via WhatsApp. Was told it would be resolved. It’s almost 3 weeks now!!!!! I ordered a shower gel and a small oil!! Why send 2 oils? Pay ATTENTION!!!!!!

This product confused me when I first opened it, with it being half full. I guess that's just how the manufacturer supplies it. I requested a return 4 days ago with no response yet so I just decided to keep it and try it for now. But I will purchase it from another store if it works well for my needs.
1 item Arrived broken spilled all out inside the box and onto my clothes. Repeat customer and this order was over $100 I expected a response to my emails but no. I’ll have to purchase another since replacements aren’t granted.
